For requests relating to logging into and using miDASH:

  • Before submitting your issue, please visit the FAQ page; the answer to your question may already be there.
  • Provide a brief summary of the issue you are facing. Examples include, "problem logging-in", "unable to book appointment", "difficulty with registration" and "unable to see lab result".
  • Please do not provide any personal or health infromation in your support requests!

Please note that our software support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, except holidays. Our miDASH Support Team will get back to you as soon as possible. For most requests we will target at least an initial response within the next business day or sooner.
